With the best part of three decades finance recruitment experience in the UK, Natalie Wells Recruitment is a specialist finance recruitment consultancy offering part-qualified to senior level recruitment solutions within Finance and Accountancy on a temporary, interim or permanent basis.

As a mathematics & statistics graduate, Natalie started her career on the finance graduate scheme for a global, blue-chip employer before making the change to recruitment.

Since 1998, Natalie has been bringing together the finest finance candidates with businesses of all scales, cultures and sectors.  Initially based in London, before returning to the South West in 2002 to grow her career with one of the leading multinational recruitment brands, becoming a Director in the South West business.

While Finance and Accounting-related assignments remain her core focus, Natalie has extensive experience in recruiting for roles in Corporate Governance covering Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk.

Natalie is uniquely qualified to advise business owners and Finance Directors on personally-tailored recruitment solutions that not only satisfy their current resourcing problem, but prove robust for future business demands.
