The recently-promoted CFO is focused on supporting the CEO, external relations and commercial projects. To support this, we seek an experienced Finance Lead who will act as an internal CFO, coaching the Directors responsible for managing the Finance division and supporting the C-suite as required.
The finance team is thriving, with several senior leaders promoted recently.
As these key players embrace broader responsibilities, your experience and expertise will ensure the Board’s confidence in everyone’s success.
As an accomplished Finance Lead, it’s expected you’ll have a track record of overseeing successful year-end audits, nurturing your team’s careers, and guiding them through change, which may have included systems implementation (although relevant, this is not essential).
We offer flexible start dates from now to early December.
This fixed-term contract attracts an annualised salary of c. £180,000 – £200,000 and competitive benefits.
You’ll work four days a week, with the flexibility to work one of these days from home and three in the Bristol office.
