Finance Business Partner

The Challenge

The company is embarking on a transformation and digitalisation programme to build a “best in class” Finance function that supports the business’s ambitious growth plans and become a data-driven organisation.

Forming one of the core pillars of the business, you will provide insightful and timely financial reporting and analysis covering all aspects of the group’s operations, including;

Developing and maintaining financial reports, rolling forecasts, annual budgets;

Building robust working capital models to underpin the Vision 2027 growth strategy;

Providing critical business partnering support to leaders throughout the business, with timely financial and non-financial data and analysis, to support decision making and drive business performance;

Supporting the FD in the due diligence of future acquisitions.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience of business partnering key stakeholders;

  • Intellectually curious, possessing strong business acumen;

  • Previous experience of budgeting and scenario-based forecasting;

  • Comfortable with technology to manipulate data; prior experience of Power BI reporting is relevant and valued;

  • Ability to constructively challenge and offer different perspectives;

  • Experience of continuous improvement and its application is desirable.
