The Founders have a strong appetite for growth and require a commercially-minded Finance Manager to support them in achieving this goal.
You will business partner the Management Team in order that operational performance can be positively influenced, opportunities properly evaluated and risks mitigated in a timely fashion.
As Finance Lead, you will introduce best practice around financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ensuring that review and discussions around key metrics and MI become embedded in the culture.
This is in addition to the ongoing maintenance and development of the systematic process for financial control and review. A hands-on approach is required.
What are we looking for in you?
You are a professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with demonstrable FP&A experience;
Extensive experience in budget planning, modelling, and generating practical insights and recommendations;
A strong understanding of the principles of SaaS accounting and SaaS metrics;
Experience of statutory accounting, accounting regulations;
Effective communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business;
Highly proficient in MS Excel.
