The challenge;
This stand-alone Finance Manager role has full responsibility for the finance function for the charity and shop. Maintaining the financial integrity of the data and timely production of reports.
This is a broad role, amongst others, responsibilities include;
Preparation of management accounts
Budgetting and forecasting
Day-to-day Bookkeeping; including purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations.
Management of the monthly payroll and quarterly VAT returns.
What are we looking for in you?
Part/fully qualified AAT, CIMA, ACCA or qualified by experience.
Prior experience or knowledge of Sage L50.
Strong IT skills, including confident use of MS Excel.
Prior finance experience of a sole-role, or a position of responsibility for an SME or Charity.
Thrives on being the “go to” person for Finance.
Takes pride in deliver quality work on a timely, accurate basis.
Confident communicator; ability to engage at all levels including management.
Strong interpersonal skills; happy to work individually or contribute to a multi-disciplined team.
