The Challenge

Working closely with the CFO as part of the Finance Leadership team, the Group Treasury Director is responsible for ensuring ongoing access to funding and liquidity in support of the Group’s strategy and growth ambitions, while managing risk.

The Group Treasury Director will partner with the executive team to help add significant value to the business and to continue its impressive track record of growth and performance.

Provide leadership, direction, advice and guidance to the Board, Executive and the Senior Leadership Team.

As the business increases its scale and sophistication, you will contribute to the data, and technological change required.

You will develop and lead a “best in class” Treasury Team that enables you to elevate further Treasury creating a pull for its input at the decision-making table.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Extensive industry experience in Corporate Treasury is vital, covering both private and public debt;

  • Commercial mindset with an appreciation for the business impact of activity;

  • Real Estate experience is relevant and valued, but not essential;
  • Possessing an eye for detail but at the same time, capable of seeing the bigger strategic picture;

  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders, both internally and externally;

  • Ability to improve processes and deliver efficiencies through the use of technology;

  • Highly competent in managing risk and optimising business controls;

  • ACA and/or ACT qualified.

In return, you can expect:

  • Salary, c. £125,000 – £140,000 to match your skills and experience;

  • Competitive benefits reflect this role’s seniority and influence, including 50% bonus potential, LTIPs and car allowance.

  • London or Bristol-based office with flexibility to work from home.
