The Challenge
While the foundations are there, you’ll be working within a new structure, leading the team responsible for processing large transactional volumes in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll have clear support from the Board and resources to build an effective team to achieve consistent, high-quality standards serving a broad client portfolio.
Manage and balance the requirement for an effective partnership whilst delivering for all stakeholders. Establish operational objectives and conduct regular meetings to improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality and end-customer satisfaction.
You’ll produce and implement strategic risk, security and environmental frameworks, measurement programs and implement cultural and behavioural change initiatives.

What are we looking for in you?
Qualified with a professional body and member as appropriate;
A background in Property/Real Estate is relevant and valued, but not essential;
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels;
Business Process Outsourcing experience and contract management skills;
Experience in leading, motivating and developing a high-performing client-focused team;
Experience leading a high volume and fast-paced shared service centre;
A track record of driving process efficiency and quality and developing teams within a culture of continuous improvement.
Possessing strong business acumen

A competitive basic salary, up to £115,000, commensurate with your experience and skills;
