Are you a qualified professional with a keen eye for detail?

Do you appreciate the difference between bespoke Savile Row tailoring and “One Size Fits All”?

If so, then you’ll understand the importance of providing tailored financial support to stakeholders.

The stakeholders are valued immensely, and we’re looking for someone who will take great pride in providing personalised support to each and every one of them.

We are seeking someone with a flair for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, forecasting cash flow, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

As a project sponsor for finance projects, you’ll play a key role in the acquisition, building and refurbishing of properties, and other assets.

More than that, you’ll be a business partner to our key stakeholders, providing them with practical and effective advice.

Whether you’re working with the FD or CFO to develop long-term financial strategies or helping our stakeholders understand their financial position, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to ensure that we’re providing the best possible service to everyone we work with.

This privately-owned, prosperous group has a diverse range of interests, from regenerative farming to sustainable energy, music, retail, and property.

No day is the same.

The unique and modern offices are located in Malmesbury, rural Wiltshire.

If you live near Bath, Bristol, Chippenham or Swindon, you can join your colleagues on the coaches provided and arrive at work relaxed and on time. Or, if you’re an early riser, there is plenty of free car parking available. (What’s more, if you’re driving an electric vehicle, you can charge for free whilst working!)

If you want to work from home, I’m sorry, this role isn’t for you. Just like the Savile Row Tailor, your presence is valued; besides look what you’d be missing out on!

Our barista will make your coffee, and you’ll have plenty of delicious options for lunch and fruit to snack on – strawberries anyone? (well, they do grow those themselves!).

Work out in the on-site gym during your working day, or have your hair styled at the in-house salon. All free of charge!

While the perks may make it feel like a holiday, you know that hard work is essential. Team members enjoy balance, including 27 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Other company benefits including pension, healthcare, and dental cover, are too numerous to mention.

If you’re a qualified accountant with a track record in leadership, cash planning, and business partnering, we encourage you to respond now as we can’t wait to meet you.

Salary on offer: c.£70,000 – £85,000 depending on experience, plus 15% bonus potential.

The shortlist is due to be completed by 24 May; interviews are scheduled for early June.
