Award-winning business experiencing significant growth. The Payroll Manager needs the support of a highly organised administrator, a flexible team player.
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of timesheet data and act as first point of contact for weekly payroll queries received via telephone or email.
Solving these queries will involve liaising with the internal Operations team and/or external corporate customers.
This is a busy, supportive team working for a business with a positive culture.
What are we looking for in you?
No previous payroll experience required!
Experienced in highly accurate data entry, working with high volume and handling queries;
Excellent communication skills: ability to confidently speak with a range of people on the phone;
Ability to work to tight deadlines;
Driven to ensure tasks are seen to completion;
Good Outlook and Excel skills.
