The Challenge
The Procurement Director is responsible for maximising business and customer benefit from our suppliers and supply chain (value ~£100m), partnering effectively with the leadership team to harness economies of scale and commercial efficiencies.
You will make additional hires to build, lead and develop a “best in class” Procurement Team that supports operational excellence, enabling you to elevate Procurement to the position of valued business partner, creating a pull for its services across the business.
Ensure that all major spend is, regardless of origin, procured in the most effective way, aligned to the company’s sustainability promises while identifying and delivering cost-saving initiatives supporting business financial goals.

What are we looking for in you?
Experience in leading and transforming Procurement in a multi-site environment;
Experience in building a high-performance team;
Ability to positively influence stakeholders and drive change in partnering with procurement;
Skilled negotiator;
Customer & commercially focussed mindset;
Deep understanding of contract law and dispute resolution;
Data-driven.
In return, you can expect:
Salary, c. £90,000 – £120,000 to match your skills and experience;
